what would y'all say is the best legal supplement for putting on quality lean muscle? Also, I was wondering if anybody had an opinion on the effectiveness of Adipo Kinetics for burning fat...my body has used Clen , Xenadrine, Hydroxycuts and Adipo and he said Adipo was the best....what do y'all think

legal supplement: protien shakes, good quality ones bro.

in my opinion the only supplements need for gaining mass:

protien, gluatmine, creatine, multivitamins and multi B maybe as well.

if your an older guy maybe some tribulas as well.

I believe the best supplements would have to be Whey Protein, Creatine, Multi-Vit

How did you react to Clen ? I think its the best for burning but everyones different.

Whey protein and Glutamine, don't forget a multivitamin. just my thoughts

My buddy is the one who tried Clen ...he said he lost some weight but the Adipo Kinetics worked better
