    muscles pulsating or twitching

I was wondering if any of you guys out there experience your muscles involuntary twitching or pulsating? My delts and triceps have been twitching like crazy and it looks funny as hell, especially when my co-workers see it in our staff meeting. Since it's involutary, I can't get it to stop, but some people think I'm trying to show off and doing it on purpose. Is this also a sign of growing?

Get the same thing bro, not sure what causes it......doesn't seem to be related to having priorly trained that muscle either...who knows.

Are you currently on a cycle? If so, what are you using. I always have the same thing happen when I'm on EQ. It's weird, but I kinda like it!

Yes, I'm on EQ and Test @ 400/week. If noone actually knows why this happens, i'll just let myself think that it's because my muscles are growing. It's funner that way.

muscles often twitch like that when you arent getting enough O2 or there is little flexibility in that area. Streach out better, press fluids, take in glutamine. This is also a sign of growth, because the growth phase includes both nervous system and muscle connections... therefore those could be an effect of that.
    good luck
