    heart effects

    whats up bros, wondering before i see my doctor what effects a.s. has on your heart and what i should ask the doc to check befors i get started on my first. thx

    If your going into the doc for a check up. Get blood drawn for kidney and liver function, while he's at it you might go ahead and get white blood count and STD's as well.
    If your docs cool with the situation, ask him his advise on the subject.

    i was thinking i would have my estrodiol, ldl, hdl, liver values.and i was wondering what stress the heart goes through while on cycle. also isnt co q 10 extremely expensive?considering all the other things i need to be concerned with?just a thought!

    CO Q 10 ISNT EXPENSIVE..ABOUT 50-75 CENTS/DAY..NOT MUCH, BESIDES HIGH BP IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS

    I had an irregular heart beat and went I started AS, the doctor couldnt hear it anymore.

    This may be off the sublject but this is one area that I am knowledgable about. Co Q10 is a wonderful supplement for the heart. Studies have shown that 100mgs a day can actually strengthen the heart muscle and help it perform better. Sorry I dont have the actual studies right now but a double blind study was done on people suffering from cardio myopathy(deterioration of the herat muscle and Co Q10 actually improved the function of the heart.

    As far as your heart, as long as BP is in check and you have no genetic cardiac irregularities you should be fine. But as always, ask the doc any question you may have.
