deca+sus250.....should i even bother cutting
with those two mass builders, should i even add a burn out set at the end. even though i failed on the last set anyway..
curls 12 8 6 4 light weight burn 15
or just kill myself on the last set and skip the burnout?

I am not a big fan of burnout sets. But you could do them on a mass cycle or on a cutting cycle. All it does is further tear down the muscle.
If them have worked well for you in the past you could keep it in your rountine. But if it was me I wouldn't do them.
