Just joined the board yesterday. it's great. My sus250 should be arriving soon. was wondering if i should stay with 250 or should I do 500 a week for 10weeks. never done it before. 5 11 160 lbs

do a search on sus,and you will find that sustenon has diffrent esters(fast and slow acting) and should be administered atleast 2 x wks.
i know im going to get slammed by guys saying they did 250 wk and got good gains,but imagine the gains from 500.
do you plan on running anything else with the sus?
do you have anti-es?

No, I dont have anti-estro. yet and iam not planning on running anything else with the sus250 yet just my first cycle will probably do sus500 for 10 weeks then at the end will get clomid and hcg to prevent some of the aromatization. do you guys know if sus causes alot of water retention?
aromitization should be blocked during the cycle,not after,and clomid or hcg isnt going to do it,sorry bro,try doing a little more research before you stick your self.just a few words of caution,if not good luck.
