couple quick q's

Ok, ive been liftin for about 3 years, my gains slowed down, im 5'10" 185lbs w/9% bf, i am young i wont lie. what i want to do is a cycle next late winter w/one, maybe 2 roids for about 10 weeks and then take the necessary anty est.
What would u guys recomend?

It is a good site, my favorite and I'm registered on about 12 boards...But, i only post on 4 of them...

A good cycle (if you know that you are ready, are eating correcty and lifting corretly) would be...
400mg EQ or Deca weeks 1-10
500mg test weeks 1-10

It is pretty basic but it will definately work well for you. I'd get some nolvadex or arimidex just in case you need them during the cycle...

Yes, i was researching before u replied and i finally decided on 400 Eq a week and 400 test a week for 10 wks. Should i take anything else for anti est During the cycle? Or after, if so, what, and when to start, and for how long? thanks bunches, this site and steroids 101 are my fav, thanks again bro

start your clomid 3 weeks after your last shot. Take 300mg yopur first day, 100mg a day for the next 10 days, and 50mg a day for the last 10 days...

I don't think you will need any anti-e's on this cycle but you should have the nolvadex on hand just in case your nips get sore...

It all varies...The nolvadex is tabs and the eq comes in 50mg per cc, 100mg per cc, and 200mg per cc. The test comes in all different strenghs, from 100mg to 400mg per cc.../
