Please give us more information...age, workout experience, bodyfat, weight, etc....
you can either take clen and alot of cardio and diet or start taking winny, EQ, stack. there is alot of choices out there. But the best is to look at the "stacking for novice" I believe there is a stacking cycle in there. hope I helped....
