    blood when i asperated

    I was going to do a shot in my quad and when i asperated blood got into the syringe. I pulled it out and put the cap back on the needle. Is this gear a waste now or since its my own blood can i not just inject it somewhere else? I dont want to waste any.

    replace the needle and try again...your juice is fine, just try and squirt the little bit of blood out first so you can tell if your gettin more blood next time you aspirate
