I'm using AM cardo 4 days a week (stair climber) burning around 800 calories each time. Running 5 days a week, mostly at night burns around 600 cals.
I think their is 2250 calories in a lb of body fat.
Would my body even be able to store 1/3 lb of fat for energy in a day?
How would i go about finding this out?
It seems to be working what I'm doing now, but I'm using t3, ECA and clen.
