    If ya eat as much as you want. How much fat can you gain a day?

    I'm using AM cardo 4 days a week (stair climber) burning around 800 calories each time. Running 5 days a week, mostly at night burns around 600 cals.

    I think their is 2250 calories in a lb of body fat.

    Would my body even be able to store 1/3 lb of fat for energy in a day?

    How would i go about finding this out?

    It seems to be working what I'm doing now, but I'm using t3, ECA and clen .

    there are 3500 cal in a lb of fat, if your using t3, clen , you are burning a hell of alot more than the machines tell you

    I figure i gotta be burning more, cause I sweat really bad when using it. Have a hard time not saturating my pillow at night :/

    Just curious on what it will take to maintain low BF after I'm done w/ it.
