    this board censors those initials if you havnt noticed yet, elitefitness.com talks bout ** openly, so go there a reasearch a bit, but in a quick explanation its some dood in china who buys bulk powders and mixes them with BA and oil is his bathtub and the sends them to the us in visine bottles which are then emptied into jugs and distributed all over the states/world...
