Potassium and dehydration are good suspects. Grab yourself a supp for the potassium and up that water by half.

You might try spending just a few minutes every morning stretching before you take your shower or get ready for work.

Only problem is the fda doesn't allow potassium to be sold in doses higher than 99mg so if you want higher your gonna have to see a doc or swallow a bunch. Btw met rx meal replacement probably has anywhere from 700-1100 mg per pakcet if your already using it. Try emergen - c you can buy it at any health food store, it's electrolytes, ascorbated vitamin c, and ascorbated minerals take like 4 packs a day, plus it's only like 9 bucks a box. Drink more water!

If u want you could but they come in weird flavors so it will probabaly tatse real weird. I use it as my vitamin c supplement and I put 6 packs in 2 gal of water and drink throughout the day. I use to have serious cramping problems in my glutes and inner thighs so I gave that a try along with some serious stretching before, during, and after and I haven't had a problem.

Try some Taurine supplementation as well. One of the mods posted regarding Taurine depletion and its role in cramps. Taurine is cheap most likely less than 10-20 bucks per month to achieve the levels required.

    Good luck
