I was just wondering if it would be better to inject 400mg of deca at once or do 200mg every 3 days. Would that decrease my chances of side effects? Im not sure about the half life of deca.

are you stacking it with anything else bro? it has a long half life so you could easily get away with shooting once a week

no need to split it up, once a week is fine.

I inject twice a week only because I mix with my sus shot, otherwise id do once a week. It takes 3 days to dissapate from site and half life is 6 days after that so 1 a week is good for Deca -Durabolin .
