Call a Pharmacy and ask them if there are any drug interaction problems between the cold medicine you are using and the T-3. Tell them you can't get hold of your doctor if they ask. I am sure they can point you in the right direction if they can't answer the question. I would think the only problem might come from the fever reliever causing the T-3 to not be as effective but I could be completely wrong about that since I am not a doctor.
