    Would I be wasting my time?

    Hi guys,

    I'm 20, 184lbs 6'1" and like 18% Bf. My max on the bench is 175

    6 months ago i was 208lbs and 21% Bf. My max on the bench was the BAR!

    I've done pretty good naturally, I go to the gym 6 days a week and do hard workouts (the guy i go with is crazy, but he knows what hes doing)

    Anyways he's going to be doing a 10 week cycle of fina or something, and I decided I'd like to do my first cycle.

    My question is:

    Would a 4 week cycle of Dbol be a waste of my time??

    Or would it be better to do an 8 week cycle of Dbol with something else.

    I don't want to do anything dangerous for my first cycle.

    Well DONt so an oral only cycle...so yes, a dbo lonly cycle would be a wait of time and money.

    HOw long have you been training?

    by the time i actually am ready to do my first cycle it will be 8-9 months of hard training.

    So oral only cycles are bad, what would you suggest with the dbol then?

    Someone told me about a fina-spray with the dbol, but I thought fina was bad for a first cycle.

    Well 8 months of traing...prolly isnt enough...you may be able to get more naturally...

    No dbol only cycle suck, You loose most of what you gain...
    strength will go up but youll be disapointed at the end...people may say dif...but thats what ibeleive.

    As for fina, no its not a beginners cycle..i wouldnt recomend that.
    run dbol with a test....say t200 or sust...

    Your not ready physically and you don't have the knowledge yet to do a cycle. Spend more time in the gym and work on lowering your BF and increasing your strength. Spend time on this and other boards learning and in a year or so you may be ready. I wish you the best of luck but don't do gear just because you can and get over your fear of needles before you even consider doing your first cycle.

    Thanks for the advice, im not really scared of needles, its just easier for me to get the Dbol than anything else.

    Your body is not ready to use gear. Neither is your mind. Spend time researching gear, training, nutrition (not necessarily in that order). There is still alot you can accomplish by training naturally. Make sure your are ready when you do your fist cycle (right knowledge, right gear, right time).

    Wow, so everyone must start when they are like 30???

    I read about so many guys doing cycles in the other forum who are 19-24, the must be wasting their time too??

    Age is not the sole determining factor of when to start a cycle. How long you have been training is a big factor.

    And I do think that there A LOT of guys on this board and others who are to young and inexperienced to be using AS.

    A d bol only cycle would be a waste of time plus you would'nt be happy with the results, It'll be mostly water/bloat which will go away soon after your cycle is over. My suggestion would be to wait and do the basic beginner cycle of.
    500mg test 1-10weeks
    400mg EQ or deca 1-10weeks
    d bols 35mg 1-4weeks

    hit the supps hard for a year and then we'll talk aas.
    in the meantime train hard, get your supplement life in order, along with diet and rest habits. your training seems to be going well, so stick with it.
    i for one dont think you need anabolics at this point, but this is jmo.

    What happens to the guys that do it too early? And sorry if my last post sounded sarcastic, It wasnt supposed to be.

    Well...somethings happen to you that you've heard in the media and some things you don't hear...everyone is different when it comes to A/S. It's not always "doing it" too early as it is "doing it" when you have absolutely no friggin'(Austin Powers style)clue in what the hell you are doing. Everything becomes relative to that individual so everyone is a different case...so I'm with the guys when they say to wait it out for awhile and stick to the board and learn everything you can. It'll be worth it in the end.

    the big thing here is to know what your doing .Which means gain what you can naturally then hit the juice .You need to read up lots and know the sides and benefits in order to choose whats right for you.

    roids are not a free ticket to looking good or atleast they shouldn't be.Weightlifting should be a way of life.The diet ,training ,sleep should be in line .I have been training for around 15 yrs and have read alote over the last couple years which explains my growth.

    I have gained 20 lbs naturally in the last 1.5 yrs just from reading. When i was young ,well we din't have the internet either, i was not eating right ,not sleeping enough,i was over training,drinking like a fish etc etc.

    I will be doing a cycle very shortly ,my first one but i have read and posted for the last 8 months so i am ready.

    My point here bro is just make sure your ready and have a good foundation and the knowledge needed before jumping in .

    I personally will never do dbol ,i know some people love it ,tooo much bloat for me and i dont want stuff that the gains may not almost all stay.
    I am taking in a mild cycle of
    300mg/week of deca for 10wks
    50mg/eod for weeks 3-8 of winny
    And i will be taking clomid post cycle which i havent read if you will or not.Clomid is a must.

    From what i have read deca is pretty mild and gives good gains .Sides are deca dick which i really dont think i will get and dont worry about if i do(there's always viagra) and the progesterone gyno(bitch tits) which i dont think i am taking enough of a high dose for that.Besides i will be taking vitex just in case (supplement). The winny is a little more liver toxic but again the eod doses are not as bad.The winny gives you a nice hard look .My buddy did this cycle and looked awesome at the end and has kept his gains .

    I will be taking test on my second cycle but din't want to do it on my first one.

    I would definitely not do dbol alone.You have to go atleast 8 weeks if your going to cycle and 10 is better imo.The brothers know a hell of alote more then me so wait for more replies .

    Anyways i am fucking mumbling again, i am out here

    Btw Creatine worked awesome for me ,good luck and keep us posted of what you decided to do.

    Everyone here has been pretty right on the mark .... but lets break it down like this ..... your bodys like a fire ,you stoke a fire and it burns hotter and faster ........trainning is like stokin a flame.......eat get your body healthy and efficently growing........ train and educate your mind and body ......Diet is half the battle...... supplements ( very important )...... you sound like you have a good head on your shoulders good luck ......

    You will not get the most out of the cycle. You will be like me and f*ck up a few times before you get it right. And then you will kick yourself for wasting your first cycle (which can be your best one).

    I've been doing the following everyday, for supplements:

    Wake up:

    2 XXX Lean, 1 Thermapro, 2 TestostoX

    Noon

    2 XXX Lean

    4:30

    2 XXX Lean, 1 Tsp Glutamine, 1 Tsp Creatine

    Workout

    1 Tsp Glutamine, 1 Tsp Creatine

    Before Bed
    2 TestostoX

    Gains were noticeable until the beginning of last month, since then not much strength gain, steady weight at 184lbs.

    I take 6 one scoop protein shakes a day.

    Breakfast:

    4 egg whites, 1 egg w/yolk scrambled

    10:00

    Yogurt and Cottage Cheese

    12:00

    Two cans of tuna in a whole wheat pita

    Dinner

    1 piece of meat the size of my fist, 2 cups green vegetables.

    Anyways im just posting this cause you guys seem to think I'm stupid.
