OH MYGOD that hurt
Hey guys....
Took my 2nd week of shot yesterday.....I wanted to shoot the quad but all i had was a 22g 1.5' needle and my quads arent exactly huge...
I figured WTF I'd just not shoot the whole needle....talk about some DAMN pain!!
I was about 1' in and started to feel the most intense pain i've ever felt....I pulled out changed the needle and shot my ass.....
I'm going to try to get some 5/8 and 1' needles for the bi's and quads respectively....I cant keep hitting the glutes....they are already bruised on both sides!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did I hit a nerve in my quad?????
I am shooting EQ and T200, will this shoot smooth in a 25 or 28g needle???
in the bi's was going 1cc in each arm......quads 2cc's per quad...

5/8 aint long enough for quads.....well it is...but you are risking shooting too close to the surface which could cause an oil abcess.
25 5/8= bi's , tris, delts, calves, pecs
25 1"- quads
22-25 1.5's- glutes
if you want to shoot traps or lats, ask X cuz I don't know what size he used

U might have hit a nerve? I stick my quads with 22 gauge 1' pins. I hit a nerve the other day. Pulled out and moved over to the left a tad and alls good...

Nerves run in a straight line mostly, so by moving "right" you may have just moved "down" the nerve. I assume they run length wise down the leg so when I have hit one I move around the quad a little. I shoot sitting down so for me it ussualy means moving down around a little. Also, if your too low, toward your knee it will hurt, at least it did for me.
