it is known nolvdex can not prevent all forms of deca gyno.

Arimidex can't prevent Deca gyno.
Bromocriptine can combat progesterone gyno, after that, you could try Vitex(extremely mild)

It's the best thing for it.
Bromo works by lowering prolactin levels and is the best at combating progesterone gyno.(Raises the sex drive to)
