    Cool Expected gains on first cycle

    Okay, I've never done AS before, but am currently researching it to see if it's for me. I want to know everything about AS before I dive into it. I know everyone likes posting thier stats on here, so I'm asking for more. I'de like to know how much weight people gained on thier first cycle. Also, what their bench, squat, and deadlift were before and after. I realize there are many different cycles, and also that people react to them differently, but I'm just curious as to what the average would be close to.

    Well I think you said it already. Everyone was different and many did different first cycles so it really isn't going to tell you anything about yours. When I did my first cycle I knew nothing (no internet back then) and took one bottle of 50mg/50 cc EQ. I cycled up and then back down getting as high as a wopping 350 mg a week. I have to admit though I did grow like a MF. Sorry but not sure about weight but I think roughly 18 lbs and shed some fat.

    Well, that's about the range I keep hearing 15-20lbs. Another question, how much can one expect to lose? Weight, and strength wise. I know it all depends, but there must be some ball park like maybe a 10-20% average loss of weight and strength gained. I'm just guessing with the 10-20% that's why I'm asking for alot of different stat's on different people, and cycles so I can have an average. I'm not expecting to get an answer like, " you will gain exactly 17.5 lbs. , your bench will go from 265lbs. to 305lbs. ect "

    Thanks for the reply Rickson. What is EQ? I've seen the abbreviation, but what does it stand for, and what is it like compared with other AS?

    Equipoise is EQ. check out a drug profile. I beleive it compares to Deca as it is very anabolic . It is also good for increasing vascularity. I think

    Dbol 50mg wk 1-4
    Cyp 500mg wk 1-10
    Deca 400mg wk 1-10

    25mg wk Dbol 1-6
    500mg wk Sust. 1-10
    I have 4 weeks left on cycle and have gained 20lbs. I went from
    206 to 226. When I'm done with this cycle i'll take 2 weeks off
    and then start on 500mg wk of Decca and 300mg wk of Test Prop.

    Ok here's the formula.

    Take your pre-cycle weight, / by age, X number of weeks in cycle, add the number of AAS in your cycle Add number of years training / 10.

    This should give net gains after cycle, i.e after the intial water retention has subsided.
