start week 4 tomorrow of my cycle. So far I have gained 1 pound, my cycle is test 500mg and deca 400mg. Should i have noticed gains by now or will they come soon. I have another 6 wk left.

The gear should really start to kick in from week 4 on. I would think you would have noticed more than 1 pound by now but you never know. Are you eating enough??? Training hard?? If by week 5 you don't notice anything, I would begin to think your gear is bunk.
I was wondering the same thing as Kullman, diet and training habits? Are you feeling any stronger? It usually takes a few weeks, but I also agree with Kullman, if you don't notice anything in your 5th week and your diet and traing are in tack you got probably got *ucked. Hope not for your sake Bro.
I agree sounds like your diet is off. Juice aint no miracle worker!!
One thing i forgot to mention is that i took 250 test and 200 deca for the 1st two weeks and only recently this week decided to take double dosage. I dont count calories but im eating about 5 clean meals a day wth protein drinks, and i am wanting sex all the time.
well if you don't get any gains from your cycle, at least those appointments at the sperm bank will double and definatly pay off. Double visits equals double the money;)Quote:
