Whats up? I just received my Deca/Testovarion Depot and Dianabol. I will hopefully be starting my first cycle. I been working out for 3 years and I am looking for considerable gains. I need help with a diet plan and what to eat. Carbs are a good things i learned and so is a high calorie diet. Is that all I need to know. Second is this cycle good?
Week 1-8
Deca 200ml
Week 1-8
Test 250ml
Week 1-4
Dianabol 30 mg a day

your doses are pretty low, im sure you mean mg not ml. double what you have for dosage with deca and test and maybe go 10 wks. dbol is fine

If this is your first cycle then you can grow nicely on that....I would bump the test up to 400mgs a week though...

Like Vegas Kid said, you better have some clomid and nolva. I would up the doses a little myself. deca 300mg and test 400mg for 10 weeks. Dbol looks good. JMO
