    Talking New To the Boards...

    Hey EVERYONE!!!

    Well,

    First off, I'm Steve...and as you can tell, I'm new to the boards...
    Just wanted to get a warm welcome from some people...and feel like I'm at home

    Anyways....I was reffered here by my boy...LookingtoCut...
    also heard some good words by my other boy...TallyJuice....

    A little about myself...
    I am 19 turning 20 in a few months... I'm 5'10 weighing in today at 150...
    I have been working out consistantly for about 2 months..dieting as I can...and have been working out over the past year on and off. Finally getting very consistant with it and making progess

    I decided I would start reading posts...posting now... and then to get as much knowledge as i can before i Jump into a cycle. So, all the help would be appriciated...

    Anyways, just wanted to get my first post in there and let everyone know that i exist and hope you guys can help me out

    Welcome, oh young one. Continue working out for a few months and keeping up with the boards.... then well... maybe try some these here "steroids " I hear tell off.

    But seriously, diet and suppliments is a big part of the game. research that, work out religiously, lots of preotein and carbs (and fat too), and you will soon be ready.

    That first cycle is a precious commodity. Learn well and do it right. it only comes around one time.

    Thanks for everyone's concern and welcoming to the boards....I am now ready to read and learn all that i can before I start my cycle. I will be posting occationally and reading alot....
