Need Your Help on Supplements

Ok, I need your guys help. I have a nagging girlfriend who has now told me I can't take roids and I have decided due to side-effects I think I am going to quit. Plus I wouldn't want her to do any drugs that cause side-effects. I am looking to you guys for any supplements that you might have tried that gave you good results? I have thought about Creatine and Ando, but there are so many different things and there are also like 5 different types of Andro. Anyone know about these things? Anyone know of anything that really WORKS? I know it won't do for me what my test,equipoise,winny,deca,Dbol,clen, and other stuff has done over the past year but WHAT WORKS? Help a brutha out. Something good for MASS? Something good for hardness? Something good for cutting? Just to let you know I will probably do another last cycle in 6 months after I gain some naturally from some supplements.

Im big on glutamine, flax seed oil, ZMA, and ALA (lossing bf). Also mr's are good to add. I prefer Met-RX mr myself. And if u want to add creatine look for german creatine. But most important is to eat clean.

pro hormones are not worth their asking price, plus many of them have the same side affects as AS (although lesser in some cases)

nothing can replace a good diet, ogpackin is right on whe money w/ his suggestions.

thanks guys, I feel bad leaving all of you:( Hopefully my girl will let me see the light once more. Possibly in a trenbol, winny, test, HGH cycle? Probably not, hehe. She thinks this stuff is so bad and no matter how i explain what only we users know she is stubborn like most women. She might give me permission to do one last cycle later on. So I will be back here if that day comes. But like Diesel said above, women come before the juice. Thanks for the advice guys, I think I am going with the vitamins, creatine and a couple of the supp's up there. the supp question was definately already answered bro,and I was in the spot that you were a little while ago. she wont budge huh?? i almost had a short lived AS career here too. I talked my fiance into it with the help of the other bro's on the board here. she wrote a post, and asked the guys some questions she was scared about. all the guys answered back with inteligent, and educated responses. To make it short she's still kind of leary about it, but now I'ts cool with her for me to juice. and she just became a new member of AR not too long ago.
for what it's worth maybe give it a try.. just like diesel's advice, and you chose too though i would of gave up the juice for her..
