When on AS, do you take...

I was wondering when on steriods if any of you take extra supplements like creatine and other stuff. I figured I would post here since it is a question while on AS. Besides the Protien powder and vitamins, what are any ther useful supplements to take when going on AS?

bro i think it depends what type of as we're talking about.most people do use creating while cycling while some prefer not to.here is what i take, and dont be afraid to use the search menu--

multi vite
ala
flax/borage oil
creatine
glutamine
milk thistle
saw palmetto for prostate
fiber
PROTEIN,PROTEIN,PROTEIN

I still take my Cell-Tech and Nitro Tech.

You should always take a multi-vitamin if your cycling or not. Like Inertia said, creatine is good for a little extra strength. Milk Thistle and glutamine are a must if your taking any 17aas. Try to consume at least 1gm of protein for every pound of body weight. Hoped this helped out.
