Up 20 lbs in two weeks and bloated.
All is well in my cycle other than the bloat. I'm up twenty pounds. most of which is water, I'm sure!
I'm noticing when it's warm, I'm sweating like a pig and my ankles are pretty swollen. Is this routine? I can live with it as long as I know it's not going to kill me. Lol!
I haven't checked my BP in a couple, I need a new cuff and will have it tomorrow.

I had similar problems. Cardio and diet is all I can suggest. It sux being bloated.

get some anti's ...prov,nolva,or arimi should take care of it. also, try to limit sodium intake as that has a big factor on water retention.
basically, every gear you are taking is like top 5 in causing bloat...so multiply that times 3 and there ya go...
