    Question Need help with first cycle!!!!!

    I will be starting my first cycle in 2 wks of sust 500mg/wk for 10 wks and d-bol 40mg/ed for 5 wks with Nol & Clo. Do I need to add Deca to my cycle for better gains.

    Stats:
    5'8" 190 lbs 12% BF

    Pls advise!!!!

    Will your gains be better? Yes probably. Do you need to? No I am sure you will experience good gains either way so I think the choice is yours on this one.

    For the first cycle, I would drop the dbol to 4 weeks though.
    If you add the Deca , get Bromocriptine for progesterone sides and run the test a week longer if you have enough gear.
