K i'm preping for my first cycle and in the past i have normally only trained each mucsle group once a week. I'm gonna be taking 400mg/ wk of eq weeks 1-12, test200 400mg/wk wk1-10, b-bol 30mg/d wk1-4, winny 50mg/d wk 9-14. Should i bumb my workouts up to twice a week for each muscle group or just the larger muscles?
