    how much do u guys eat on a reg. meal

    just wanted to know what most of you eat as a reg meal?on cycle
    cutting / bulking and how much you weigh?

    I'm on a cutting diet. I eat 12oz chicken, half cup oatmeal,a fist of broc.
    1 spoon full of peanutbutter.

    218lbs 5'10 13%bf

    sounds nice, why peanut butter on cutting though? think you could do without that, i only use that when bulking for some extra calories/protein...im 230, 5'11, 20% bf...average bulking meal is around 60g protein, 100g carbs, and 10-20g fat, 4-7x daily...cutting, shit hanv't done that in a while, haha, bump and good luck

    The peanutbutter is for the good fat but I'll cut it out at week 4.

    I like 2 4oz eye of round steaks with A1 sauce, 1 baked potato with butter, and an extra ~20g protein shake for a typical bulking meal.

    it has to be natural PB for the good fat. And why not just supplement with fish body oils or Flax seed oil? Alot less fat cals. Hydrogenated fats are a no no.

    bulking, a couple chicken breasts, a couple glasses of skim milk, a shitload of wheat pasta and some assorted frozen veggies.
    Cutting, I eat a lot more manufactured stuff, like tons of protein shakes, lots of chicken, turkey, roast beef. Eggs are great while cutting too, I usually use 6 eggs (only 2 yolks) and a bunch of turkey and cheese- completely takes the place of the bread and fills me up.

    It is natural pb. I take flax seed oil But it is like the pb in my treat for the day.
