I guess I'm just focusing on cardio and fat loss as my off-cycle motivation. And hitting wieghts to keep my strength.

I totally know what you're talking about bro, it helps me to think back to times when I was injured, or read some threads from people who are injured right now. That always makes me appreciate working out a little more. Then again, I like Mcbain's idea too.

I was thinking of trying some kickboxing. Only thing is that a year and a half ago I got my Femer broken and I have a rod in my leg. I can't do really much cause I'm always scared Im going to fuck it up or something.Quote:

Bro, I have two metal rods on either side of my spine ( two disc's are fused) L-4-5 S-1. I know the feeling of being scared of screwing something up. I can't do squats or shoulder press, due to compression of the spine during those movements. But I still hit the gym almost everyday doing what I can which is alot more than I thought I could do. Also, I'm at the end of a test and eq cycle and feel the drag happening now. I just get past it and after the first couple sets , I'm into it. JUST DO IT !!!

Well....it scared the shit out of me when I first had it done. But I had it done in September of 2000 and had to get back into working out real slow. Today I'm better than ever and the weights are goin up, up, up.

thats true it suck to work out post cycle but i push me extra hard cuz i wanna keep as much gains as possible and i dont want ppl to figure out i was juicing
