Bromo has shown to lose weight in one study that I've seen. You probably saw the thread where I posted that possibility.
Bromo supposedly gives a theraputic effect on obesity associated with Hyperprolactinemea.
Bromo however is #1 in combating progesterone gyno(Deca , Fina), Nathan can vouch on that one.
I will do some more looking around about the weight loss thoery(and it is a theory)
In review: Bromocriptine is widley used as a medication for Parkinsons disease for the reason that it increases levels of dopamine in the brain.
It's also used in breast cancer treatment due to lowering prolactin levels.
The lowering of prolactin is the effect that is benifecial to gyno symptoms.(Also raises sex drive and sensitivity to orgasms due to lowered prolcatin levels)Last edited by Pheedno; 08-13-2002 at 10:31 AM.

Side effects will be the same for women as for men in most cases.
Be carefull using for sexual reasons in women, it's used as a fertillity drug because of the condition hyperprolactinemic amenorrhea. With bromo medication, prolcatin is reduced which boosts chances of ovulation.
Sides include:
Nausea
Fatigue
dizzyness
Diarrhea
Headaches
Sides usually subside as your body gets used to the drug.
