Sanomigran is the brand name for Pitzotifen, an antiserotonin/hisamine drug which is used in the treatment of migraine. It acts to help prevent migraines by blocking the 5HT receptors in the brain which cause the blood vessles in the brain to contract, thought to be the cause of most migraines. It is an antihistamine.

I found this on the web, not sure what aid it would be in regards to AAS.

there might be something to the blocking of the 5ht receptor, I was looking at an old post by cycleon that had something in there about 5ht, but did not get what effect this particular drug would have on it.

It is used by BB's to stimulate appetite in the hopes of weight gain. Drowsiness is one of its side effects.
