Please read, sorry bout last pos
Sorry bout my last post...buddy of mine thought he was a comidien by acting stupid on my sn...my question is this, I've read that 2mgs per pound is rather normal for a cycle of deca , but I've also read that 200mgs has pretty good results as well. Im about 195, and am going to do a cycle of deca, what is a good amount per week to inject?

Most people would recomend 400mg's of Deca per week, you really should also throw some test in there at ~500mg's a day. I wouldn't bother with Sust, I'd go with Cyp or Enath because the blood levels will stay more constant.
Maybe something like this:
weeks 1-4 Dbol 35-50mg's ED
weeks 1-12 Deca 400mg's a week
weeks 1-12 Test Cyp 500mg's a week
weeks 14-16 Clomid
Clomid should go like this:
Next 10 days 100mg's a day
Next 10 days 50mg's a day
Total of 36 50mg tabs
You should have Nolvadex on hand for Gyno symptoms. Some use it post cycle with the clomid to get your natrual test functions back.
Don't start the cycle until you have everything in your hands.
Inject 2x a week, say Monday/Thursdays.
You need the following pins, go ahead and buy 100 just for grins.
100 3cc 1.5" 23g
100 1.5" 18g
Use the 18g pins to draw the gear, switch needles to a 23g, swab your butt with an alcohol pad, poke needle in, ASPERATE by pulling on the needle (if no blood only air/vacume your good, blood means re-poke), and then slowly inject. Massage the site for a minute or so after words to help distribute the oil and reduce any pain the next day. You can mix the Test and Deca in the same syringe.
Goto www.spotinjections.com and check out the glute shots. Do one cheek on Mondays, the other on Thursdays. That gives each cheek 7 days to recoup so less scar tissue build-up occurs.
For bulking I would eat ~2g per lb of body weight in protien, 2g per lb of carbs, and a little fat. Maybe in a ratio of 50p/40c/10f. Make sure to get real foods in and use MRP's to help fill in the gaps. 6-7 meals a day. Around bodyweightx20 for calories for the day. Eat clean foods, complex carbs, and lots of water, around 1.5 gallons a day.
Workout as normal but add intensity at each workout. Either weight goes up or reps go up, but something HAS to go up to grow. Change it up with different excercises to shock you muscles every now and then. Keep a log, if you have a little BF and want to reduce it do a little cardio 3x a week.
Oh yeah, tell your "friend" that his "Scrawny Bitch" is who is telling you how to properly use AAS !
