It can stay at room temp and stay good upto 28 days. Do not let it get hot though if you plan on still using it. Also, why can't you keep it cool?

im a diabetic and i leave myine room temp all the time. Not a problem. Like proud said dont let it get hot. And that 30 day rulle is something fairly new. My doc even said it doesnt go bad after 30 days. I used to use the bottle till it was empty for 15 years and i know most lasted over 30 days and never had a problem
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
