    Exclamation CLEN 2 days or 2 weeks?

    do you use clen for two days on 2 days off , or clen for 2 weeks on or 2 weeks off?

    Yes you need to do clen two weeks on and two weeks off do to its halflife.

    i do clen for 2days on 1 day off for 2weeks then week off, then same again for 2 weeks good resuls, then i come off for at least 8 weeks to get it right out off my stytem.
