hey guys.......im thinkin about doing anadrol....i know to help the estrogen but im still wondering what else to do.....like if i should drink alot of water.....or milk thistle......please gimme any ways of helping me through the 3 week cycle....its potent and id appreciate any suggestion u offer...thanx again
What else are you taking? You make it sound like you're taking Anadrol alone (big NO).
I agree with excess...however, you should be fine if you take a sane dose and only for 3 weeks.

im goin to take clomids and nolvadex.....milk thistle and drink water every second....and russain sustanon.....i can stop the estrogen.....but i wanna know what can help reduce the stress to my liver and insides....is there anything else i can take cuz i heard guys piss blood after two weeks.......if u can gimme some tips id appreciate thanx again
milk thistle is about it, and thats not a proven fact. if you do a short cyce and use sane dosages, you will be fine, dont sweat it. do long cycles and use insane dosages, and you will damage yourself. dont go over 2 a day, one will probably do the trick. stacked with sust, your gonna be big bro!:D
You should get milk thistle AND cranberry extract AND multivitamin AND Alpha Lipoic Acid (possibly most importantly). All are for your liver.

Dude...is this your first cycle (even your second or third)? If so shelf the A-bombs and get yourself some dbol. Run it @ 35mg/day x 4-5 weeks along with your sust (@500mg/week). If your still a newbie you will get the same effect, less stress on your liver and you will feel much better.
I definetly have to agree with Pete here. But the bombs away and save them til youre more experienced. Dbol is great. I gained good solid weight off sust/dbol cycle and my strength went through the roof. Save the drol bro.
winny is a must in all ad-50 cycles... many studies have shown that ad-50 converts to proges.... typically do 50mg of ad-50 with 50mg of winny, 100 with 100, test is absolubly essential for labido at the least....
after all ad-50 cycles strongly consider tappering with a short ester roid...
