You'd get more from using T-3. The body converts T-4 into T-3 naturally but T-4 is much weaker then T-3 when taken synthetically.
It really all depends on if you're deficient in T4. T4 breaks down into T3 and lots of doctors prescribe T4 when you're low on T3. Supplementing T4 makes no sense if you're not deficient in it.
TSH is used to convert T4 to T3. If you're low in that, and most people who BB and Diet (I mean really diet) are low in TSH so supplementing T4 is useless.
Get a blood test and see where you're at.
Sounds like I would just be better off going with the clen.
