    Winny and cramps??

    I have been running winny ed for about the past four weeks, I am in week five right now and I seem to be getting a ton of cramps. Is this normal, is it from the winny??

    Cramps ? Hmm...are you drinking enough water ? Are you getting enough Potassium ? I've heard of winny drying out your joints (never happened to me though), but not cramping you up.

    Yeah I am drinking enough water, like around 2 gallons a day I am also taking a eca stack I think it might be the caffine

    Winny cramps are very common. Try to increase your water intake and potassium like suggested above.

    winny,fina,anavar ,EQ,halo are all going to give you cramping probs if you do not drink tons of water especially if you use any diuretics.
