Hey guys. I've taken a 10 week cycle out of the Layman's guide to steroids, and am thinking of trying it out for my first cycle. Here's the basics of it, ( what types of Steroids, and the amounts )
This is all over a 10 week period
Deca- 12ml
Sustanon- 12ml
Pronabal- 400 tabs
Nolvadex- 700mgs
How does this sound? Is there anything I could substitute the sustanon or Pronabol for? These two are very expensive! Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
That looks complicated for a first cycle bro. How bout a simple test/eq or test/deca cycle. Look aound on the board and I'm sure you will find all you need. If you have any questins feel free to PM me anytime
I will be starting my first cycle in a week of Sust and D-bol, Sust 500mg/wk for 10 wks and d-bol 40mg/ed for 5 wks. I decided on this cycle after a lot of research. Oh and with Nolvadex keep clomid in hand to get your test levels back to normal. If you want you can stack Sust with deca and get really good gains with less water retention.
Okay, thanks for the info guys. Another question though. What is Clomid, and what is it used for?
not sure where you read this bro but in actual fact it should be with increased water retention, with test deca you will bloat up more, you could possibly run an anti e such as liquidex,armimidex to combat the estrogen related bloatQuote:

Okay, so I need Clomid. I thought that the Nolvadex was good enough for an anti-E. So if I need Clomid, how much should I take, and when?

Clomid would be run 3 weeks after your last shot of sus
but there's ways you can start it 3 days after u stop using a quicker acting steriod so there's no "grey area"

Well, that's what I'm doing now, looking around. I don't have any AS, I just want to know more about it. That's why I'de appreciate a cycle written down for me from top to bottom, including the clomid, or anything else I'll need.
Ok well I'm guessing you wanna bulk right?
Here's a basic bulk cycle:
Weeks 1-4 D-bol 35mgs a day
Weeks 1-10 Sus 500mgs a week
Weeks 1-10 Deca 400mgs a week
Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot
1st day 300mgs then 100 mgs for 9 days
then 50 mgs for 10 days.
I'd tell you to replace the Deca w/ Eq becuz I've seen "most" ppl get better results from Eq w/ alot less sides.
