And if you have maltodextrin in your meal, is better?
And metformin after workout with Maltodextrin?why?

It's better with carbs because it helps force carbs into muscle tissues as well as other nutrients, kinda like slin, but works but different means, it keeps your blood sugar levels very low and constant, suppose to be ideal when dieting, however, stuff is nasty on stomach, causes the shits for a lot.
