    Question Needing help with my cycle

    Ok the first week I didn't get to froantload. I shot 500 Enth, 100 Eq. This week I've shot 500 Sus, 400 Eq. My question is should I go ahead and froantload this week and take another 250 Sus and 200 Eq for a total of 750 Sus 600 EQ? Will it make a diference? Or did I already blow the whole point to froantload.

    500 of sust and 600 of eq. is fine you dont need to fromtload you wanna put as much AS into your system as early as possible because your body is still producing its own test

    In a couple weeks you'll be golden regardless, however I'm in the "silver" stage...recently promoted from bronze. You'll be fine in pretty much whatever you do. How's your stuff coming along???
