    Whats this Pain?

What is on your left side, above the hip bone and just under the rib cage?
Its been sore for a few days. Im not sure if it is muscle sore or something else. I dont think we have any organs there. Any help will ease my mind.

maybe it's you left oblique? Does it hurt if you try to stretch out your side?

If I lay on my side and stretch, that's when I really notice it and if I press into it. I must have just stretched it wrong.

I think it might be a pulled abdominal. I had some pains like this, many times before, one time went to the doc cause the pain was on my right side, thought it was my appendix. Turned out I had worked out a few days before, and forgot, pulled a lower ab doc said.!!
