when i was hittin 30mg of d-bol e/d i would take 3 when i woke up then 3 an hour before i worked out. at first i got a little pumped but after a couple of weeks i didnt feel it. use creatine during ur cycle to get pumped before you work out. creatine will help ur cycle and help to keep ur gains after ur cycle.
how is dbol for gains and power is it noticable immediately
not immediately. it takes a week or so depending on ur dose. i was noticing strength gains and weight gain by the begining of week 3 on 25mg per/day of dbol.
I obviously spread my dbol throughout the day (when not bridging) but I always make sure I get a couple in before my workout just for the psychological effect if nothing else.

Right now i'm 5":6 and 185 pretty stocky I will be starting dbol with .5 ml of winni per day to try to I would like to be at least 195 pretty ripped .

I spread them out 2 pills 3x day.

Take your largest dose before your WO....
when i run 50 mg ED, id take either 25 or 30 mg an hour before my WO
I'm only on day 10 of a dbol/deca/test en cycle.
Taking 50 mg dbol tablets and splitting them into 3 doses throughout the day.
I started noticing effects between days 6 and 10 where I gained 5 lbs, from 195 to 200. In addition, the pumps are wicked during my workouts. It doesn't seem to matter if I take the dbol right before I workout or not as far as the pumps go.
Strength is just now starting to increase slightly and I hope it goes up a lot when the test/deca kicks in.
I've had a dramatic increase in thirst while on the dbol.
