what are your stats? do you have any time lifting?
Im 21 y/o, 190lbs 8-10% bodyfat, and have been lifting for about seven years (since 8th grade). I bench around 300 (i need to max soon), squat 375, and DL 500lbs with lots of back. I just had surgery for gyno unrelated to AS (im a needle virgin) and i have to wait three weeks until i heal enough to lift again:(
I need advice for a first timer, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
