    Creatine and AS?

    Is there any reason to take Creatine while on a cycle. Or is that too much for the kindeys liver etc?

    helps to retain water ??? maybe see some strengh gains with it as well...

    If you use Anavar the two go hand and hand as anavar allows for higher creatine uptake.
