What would be a better first cycle, looking for mass but don't want to get too fat.

I will use clomid post cycle and liquidex and proviron all the way through. Which cycle would be bettter and do you think it would be benefical to run the test fot 10 weeks instead of 8.:unsure:
Also i been training for 4 years. 5'8 190. Diet will be 4000cals 300g of protein, 450g of carbs and 90f of fat.

depends on your goals bro, the latter cycle will give you a little more cut, the 1st will give you a little more size...personally i dont like deca and for the latter i would substitute eq, but thats just me, good luck
