hey do any of you guys know if this is r-ala or s-ala? paid 40 bucks so im gonna have to go with s-ala.

hard, this is your s-type ala ,i believe its resonable quality even with the generic pacaging.it comes 150 caps 450mgs. and after taking it you will sooon see some vascularity.this is the first ala i have tried so i cannot compare it to r-ala. hope this helps.
