Never served time but was arrested at school for dangerous driving. Small fine and lost my drivers license for a couple of years.
It's embarrassing when employers do a record check. Back at that time if I was drunk my fine would have been a 1/4 of what it was and I would only have lost my license for a couple of months.
People always assume that I was drunk, I usually correct them and simply point out that I was stupid.
i did some time in yardsville, but i was innocent i tell you!!
i have been arrested 3 times. all misdeamenors. served one day for each arrest. my record isnt bad at all. i have been lucky. im not a bad person, but have done my share of partying.
by the way these 3 arrests werent at one time. they were spread out over 7 years.
I've spent time in jail on numerous occasions, but have never been in prison. Plea bargaining is the best thing that ever happened to me....3 times. Most of my arrests were for stupid shit like aggrivated assault or battery. I am a great guy that just has a real bed temper. I'm sure the juice doesn't help too much in that arena either.
Ive spent a couple of nights in the county.
its all i have to say is:
LOCK DOWN FOR HEAD COUNT! I REPEAT LOCK DOWN FOR HEAD COUNT!!!
1 felony, still on probation
I've never done time, but at my gig as a counselor, I work with prisoners every day.
Naturally, every one of them is innocent. :D
I plead the 5th!
lawyers are great (when there working for you!)
never even been arrested *knocks on wood*
I did some time in juvy and then had some run ins as a young adult. Then I found working out and AAS and have been a law abiding citizen, other than what the Government makes me do illegally, ever since.
I spent a few months in a county jail........OMG...that was the end of that shit....never again!!!
I was on my way to juvy when i was 15 but i got out of it.
2 yrs central New Mexico (Los Lunas)...2yrs parole...will be done 3-28-03. Only felony in my life but they maxed me out. If you can avoid it gentlemen, do so. You can die in places like that...
DDF
High speed car chase (over 100).... spent night in jail. All to avoid a $65 ticket:eek:

I was arrested for being really, really, ridiculously good looking! I served 8 years for that.
Well , they charged me with projection of a missile because they thought I threw the beer bottle when all I did was smash it through his driver side window. It was an ugly sight , they tried telling me I killed the guy. His wife was with him and she was screaming bloddy murder because he fell over on her and the car rolled backwards over a stop sign and............ well you get it !!! I guess thats why my screen name is Sick1. But I'm getting better , that was 19 years ago.Quote:

Thats pretty fucking cheap considering you had 500 e near a school zone and he got it continued. It must of been your first offense, I know plenty of people that have paid more for DWI. If my laywer wasnt also my mothers boyfriend I either be poor and free or not poor and not free!Quote:

arrested but not charged with criminal damage
arrested for GBH (grievous bodily harm) and not charged again because i was provoked and the guy didn't press charges.
and thats about it!!
couple of years in state, no biggie, but i wouldnt recommend it to anyone ,keep your nose clean! whatever you doing it aint worth it! trust me. i got a lot of homies doing serious time, for some hard core sh!t, i visit them now and then everytime it seems they change for the worse.
