Help with new cycle!!

Just bout to start up a Primo Depot cycle, can anyone give me ideas on how much i should take....weighing around 170 right now.

2 years training, just finished 6 week dbol cycle only bout

how long ago was your dbol cycle

in oder to any results with primo it should be ran at 400-600 mg wk
anything less would just be a bridge
even at 400-600 dont expect to see much gains without test being added
