From 24% bf to 16% bf

Alright, I just finished my second cycle and have to say that I am pretty excited about the results. Right now I am on the last two weeks of my clen /eca/anavar stack. I got my bf tested on 8-14 and again today, on 8-14 it was 19% and today it was 16.1%. I could barely hold it in, I just started grinning.
I would now like to take this time to thank everyone out there, being a member of this board is a big reason for my success. Thanks everyone and have a great Labor Day Weekend.

Okay, really the first thing I did was gather as much information as I could about bodybuilding. Like exercises, reps and sets free weight or hammer, then I moved on to supplements, diet, and at last AAS.
In my diet I realized that I could not quit cold turkey on some eating habits. So, a little at a time I weened my self off the bad and onto the good. After awhile I started to count calotires-protein, carbs, and fat; This really helped. This really helped in the dairy and late night snacking. I kept on with the Vitamin D milk and worked my way down to fat free. I replaced my late night snack with a shake or mrp. Started eating more and smaller meals. I learned the value of a good breakfest.
My workouts I got help with from trainers at my gym. Things like how too capitolize on my time in the gym. Proper form, cardio, and how to seperate body parts.
A lot of the knowledge about all of these factors have come from this board and it's members. Of course having a relaible source comes in handy and quality products as well.
But the main factor is just sheer will to not look like a pear. I don't dig the pot bellied scene and never will. Just looking at some of these guys and girls around school and the gym make me sick. I really like the fact that I am the one people are staring at now and watching what exercises I do. ( I hope that doesn't sound to vain) I guess that is all, what it really boils down to is how bad do you want it and how hard are you going to work to get it done.

    peace and happy lifting

Been taking pics as I go will post soon as they are ready and I can get them on a disc.
