lost weight
I had a bad week this week and couldnt make it to the gym and didnt eat right at all. I went back today and weighed my self i lost 8lbs since last monday. Is that possible. And do you think most of that was muscle or just water and crap? I've very pissed right now

probably more of the latter choice than anything, i think it takes like 2 weeks with insufficient calories for the body to begin 'really' converging into amino stores from the muscles...so i think it was probably just water, crap, whatever...good luck
