Bfor u do steroids there r 3 essencial things u MUST HAVE..
correct me if i'm wrong but bfor u even think
about doing it u MUST MUST have these 3 main issues to start,
1. KNOWLEDGE not just a basic one but a good one to know how to start and end a cycle.
2.MONEY save enough and or if u make good money, not necessarily be rich to affort what u need,
not just any gear but brand name gear name it.
3. A GOOD DOCTOR in which u can trust this kind of
bussines and be able to go along with u monitoring
your health status while u on gear.
i though of this bcos i MISSED #1 issued and
althrough i had a basic knowledge it wasnt good enough to start.

Here's some more:
1. Training intensity- gotta push your body, don't just go through the motions
2. Ample Calories- explains itself
3. Rest- you grow when your not in the weight room

thought you mean knowledge about the cycle, sorry man.

Flame me if I am asking a stupid question...
The doctor part is a little mysterious to me. I know it is absolutly necessary...but still... I am assuming that I won't walk into my docs office and be like, "hey, guess what?!" What else do they have to do other than monitor hormone levels, etc?
Peace

when and how much to train and rest all that

in and tell your doc what u want to do, specially
if was the 1st visit, i been there bro, it takes
time for a doc to get into it, u must work wiht
him by following his ideas, changes r u will know
more than him about roids but that's the whole point to get in little by little, it worked for me.
